Check with us before returning the item(s) if it is warranted and deemed refunable as some products are not deemed so.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should receive a refund within 7 business days of us receiving your return and it being processed.
Custom made items for customer orders cannot be returned for any reason (unless authorised by the Manufacturer).
Bulk orders and special orders have a strictly no refund policy. Items that has an hygiene impact are also not refundable.
